Historical Calendar of Events Project: Members will document key historical events that have occurred in Belize’s history. The aim is to have one event per day throughout the calendar year. This information will be useful to students and the general populace to learn more about Belize’s history.
Paleography Project: The BHA is involved in the transcription of reports that were written by the Spanish officers during the Battle of St. George’s Caye. The BHA is working with the Institute for Social and Cultural Research towards digitizing these reports.
Participate in BAAS: BHA members will participate in the Belize Archeology and Anthropology Symposium (BAAS) to be held on June 29th – July 3rd 2015 at the San Ignacio Resort Hotel.
