Belize Disputes Guatemala’s Claim: Roots and Routes

 

The Belize History Association (BHA) in collaboration with its partners proudly presented its Fifth Annual September Lecture as part of the 2018 September Celebrations at the Jaguar Auditorium, in Belmopan City on Thursday September 13, 2018.

 

The lecture was entitled “Belize Disputes Guatemala’s Claim: Roots and Routes”.

 

 

The Presenters

The lecture featured presentations from Ambassador David Gibson, Mr. David Gomez and Mr. Carlos Clarke who provided a multi-dimensional analysis of the Belize-Guatemala territorial dispute. The goal was to enable Belizeans, particularly young people, to become better informed and engaged in this national issue.
